Pretty blouse but runs large!

The description says “ if you’re between sizes, size down.” I’m not between sizes. I wear a solid medium, usually trending more toward the 10 than the 8 and the medium in this shirt was huge! It was quite wide, the shoulders were big. It’s very pretty and I’m going to try the small. But definitely size down, whether you’re in between sizes or not.
