I was a skeptic
I’m not sure if I was having an allergic reaction to something, but all of a sudden I developed terrible eye bags and my eyes were twitching
Quite a bit. I panicked and purchased a bunch of serums and this tool. I have been using it for 2 weeks and my eye bags have improved significantly and the twitching stopped!

Here's Hoping....
I have been using this for a week, but have not noticed much of a difference yet. I am hoping it may break down my under-eye bags, so I will keep using. I think I noticed slight improvement, but it could be wishful thinking, but I do hope to get results eventually. I will not return it even if my under eye bags persist, as I think that a little massage under the eyes will do me good!

Awful
Turning the thing off is always a mystery. I usually just take the batteries out, otherwise it’ll vibrate in my drawer for god knows how long. Buy something else.

Not for me
You have to position the device a certain way to get the massage to turn on. It actually hurt to use the massager since the under eye area is sensitive. A really basic advice and ended up returning it.
