I like it.
Soft outer cover. I like this. I have to use on a pillow bc it's too flat still. I like to be a bit more elevated. I'm typically a side sleepover and stomach. I wish it had the cutouts on both left and right when I'm flipping and rolling over side to side. Not sure if it will help with preventing wrinkles but for the price I'll try!
This one definitely does provide a bit thicker slightly more elevated supportive role than the traditional purple one.

Uncomfortable
I had high hopes based on other reviews. I'm a side sleeper but I'd like to be able to sleep on my back. I tried laying down on this but couldn't get comfortable. Returning it.

Better website/packaging descriptors needed
I received this as a gift and have found it to be comfortable and easy to adjust to. I am an unwavering side sleeper and have to contend with a permanently mussed right eyebrow that no amount of eyebrow gel will lay flat. The memory foam pillow is pretty awesome but it came with a black (midnight) cover which bled the black dye onto the pillow itself. It is a permanent stain that will not wash out. I ordered a white satin pillow cover from the Nurse Jamie website which unfortunately is too large. No descriptors anywhere (not Nordstrom website, not Nurse Jamie website), not even the original pillow packaging (item #5144112) provide any indicators of size or dimensions. All in all this has been pretty frustrating and generally disappointing for such an expensive item.

Excellent concept - pillow extremely firm
I like this pillow very much. It does give me a stiff neck though. I figured out that it is because the memory foam is quite hard, your head doesn't actually sink into it, it rests on top. I'll probably be returning it. I am not sure yet. The concept is great. You'll need to decide for yourself whether the pillow is just a bit too hard or soft enough for you.

Hardest memory foam ever felt
The pillow is as hard as a rock. (well, almost) They say its memory foam but its the hardest memory foam I've ever felt. It may be that I'm a petite person but when my head was resting on this pillow, it didn't even make a dent. I still wanted to give it a shot but after 1 night (hardly slept because I was constantly adjusting the pillow to be more comfortable which never happened) I woke up with the worst cramp on my neck and shoulders from it being so hard. It was NOT comfortable for me. and was returned immediately.

bring back this pillow
I bought one 1.5 yrs ago. I’m ready to buy another to keep in my travel bag. I sleep on my stomach and side and it’s perfect, because I don’t wake up with sleep wrinkles. It’s very comfortable! I don’t have shoulder pain anymore from sleeping on my side. I can never go back to other pillows. I’ve replaced the pillowcase but that’s it. If you’re on the fence give it a try!
