Trinity^® Facial Toning Kit $339 Value

I bought mine last year at the sale and it stopped working in March. Of course, because of COVID, I can’t get a hold of anyone. I have tried to email, no response. I would think twice before paying this kind of money for something that has very little results and no customer service behind their product.

So, I just bought this recently after hearing all the hype about it and also because I like to ensure that I care for my skin everyday in addition to monthly facial! It’s been 10 days so far! I definitely like it and like how it leave my skin afterwards! I feel it helps with increasing blood flow to my face and definitely enhance the absorption of skin products! I think I still need more time to see results on face toning. I will be posting another post in couple months. Also, I found that Ultrasound gel works better than the gel Nuface provides and it’s less stickier ! I definitely was able to tolerate level 5 of the micro current. Also, I got it during the Anniversary Sale so that was a plus !

It works!! I tested NuFace by taking a picture and toning above 1 eyebrow. The results were distinctive, and encouraging. I only used the device on my entire face for 2 weeks, but I am enthusiastic for long term results. And I can do it in my home, within my own schedule. I was also pleased that Nordstrom sold the 'authentic' NuFace and not a 'knock off'....!!

I have purchased this product twice now. First, I bought it two years ago. The quality of the material used in it was superior. I didn't really use it that often, so I cannot say if it worked or not. I eventually gifted that one to my mom since I felt she needs it more that I do. She loved it. She says the least that it does is helping her skin to make some natural oil after every use. During the 2020 anniversary sale, I bought a second one for myself. The packaging was different, but as soon as I opened the box and hold it, I could see how cheap and poor quality the product has become. I tried to charge it for 24-hours before the first use and the lights were not blinking as I expected from the first purchase. Also, there was a scratch on the charging dock that I found strange for a new product. Long story short, It stopped working after using it for a week. It's not charging. I am suspicious that it was a refurbished or malfunctioning when shipped? Tried to reach Nordstrom chat, never got through. Tried the Nuface website for the 1-yeard warranty, read their Warranty webpage like 10 times, but they don't mention how to initiate a replacement! Absolute shenanigan for a product this expensive! I was doing my best to fix the problem and keep it, but this is just insulting and a horrible customer service. I'm gonna return it.
