How to use: Choose one or two shades form the Dark Romantics collection and color the entire lid, then blend with your fingers or a brush. Draw a line on the upper, lower or inner eye, then smudge with your fingers or a brush for an edgy, imperfect look. Use Sugar Baby to highlight the inner corners of your eyes, brow bone or the center of your eyelid.
