Cream Lip and Cheek Pencil

The ingredients in this lip pencil are very natural, and the pencil is a lot softer/easier to apply than I expected (I had the Gel version before, which goes on like a balm and very soft) and initially I thought this version was not as soft from the online pictures. I got Mystic, which is a nude-mauve, but has a hint of brick-red. Overall, I like this one over the gel, because the ingredients are much more natural in this version, and this applies with more color and lasts longer with each sharpening. If you are looking for a more glossier feel, the Gel version is the one to get.

I am a big fan of a nude lip. I have tried lots of products and I had my favorites already. A blogger I follow raved about this lip pencil. Oh my gosh, she wasn’t lying. This is the creamiest and longest lasting lip pencil ever! I cant even get over how good it is. She recommended the shade “whisper” and it is the perfect nude lip shade. Not too light and not too dark. I’m obsessed! It comes with its own sharpener. I add a nude lip liner and a frosty gloss and this is my new go to!

I've used many cream lip pencils, from various brands, and this one is hands down my favorite so far. It is so creamy and moisturizing, it will not dry out your lips. I love that you can line your lips and fill in with the same color. It comes with a great sharpener that works very well with minimal waste (not the case for all sharpeners and pencils). Surprisingly it also works very well as a blush. It glides on easily over foundation, but on a bare face, or over powder you might need a few dots of moisturizer first to get it to blend evenly I bought the color Ripe which is a beautiful medium peachy coral color (very true to the color shown on the screen photo). It really brings a pop of color to my face. I know I'll be getting more of these pencils in different colors. They are just so easy to use and they eliminate the need for a separate lip liner pencil. I also use the Nudestix concealer pencil, and that too is just fabulous with very good coverage.

Loved how creamy and easily it could be applied. Purchased Whisper - in the model photos, looks much darker than actually is. It was opaque pink which looked very unflattering on my skin tones. I'd recommend going by the photo of the pencil itself which is much more accurate. I'm willing to try another shade. Pricey though.
