The Novablast 3 Lite-Show is an origami-inspired running shoe that can do it all. Cushioned to the maximum, it protects your feet on easy and long runs, while the reflective details keep you visible in low-light conditions. It’s 30 grams lighter than the previous version but still has a trampoline-inspired outsole—now paired with a super-bouncy FF BLAST™ PLUS midsole, making the shoe also ideal for faster training, like tempo runs.

My Forever Favourites!
I love the ASICS Novablast. I recently got back into running and was looking for a quality shoe because most shoes do not last long and I get knee pain once they break down. 100% dont have knee pain witj ASICS and my running quality has improved. And the colour!!! It is so bright and vibrant. I love how theyre made for dofferent types of pronation.

Extra Spring in my step
Love putting these eye catchers on. They won’t be run in. But they will be chosen often. I love the Noosa a little bit more fit wise but these give this recovering broken ankle stability and comfort.
