Easy summer style with Eileen's perfect linen!
Bought on the winter sale for this upcoming S/S season - I don't remember seeing this in my local EF store, but love anything linen and with stripes; very pleasantly surprised when it arrived, because it's such a great fabric and easy-to-wear style...I ordered size L because size M was sold out - but I really like the slightly oversized fit and it will be perfect for hot days this summer.

Unfortunate Pleat
This top is a bit unflattering in that the pleat in front sticks out, so the top doesn't do anything even close to lying flat, which I think it's meant to do--not lie completely flat, but lie somewhat close to flat. It is very comfortable and the fabric is attractive. I wear it, just not with as much pleasure as I'd like.

Beautiful Fabric
There are many qualities that I like about this top. I love the linen fabric, the subtle stripe, neutral color, the rolled short sleeves. I did not like the pleat in the front and the pleat in the back. Some of you may find these pleats very comfortable and flattering. I feel that the pleats make my body look a bit wide. Even though the color is called Chalk, it is more like Undyed Natural. I would suggest that you give this shirt a try since there are so many great aspects. I hope that it works for you.
