Clean and refreshing, easy to use
Noshinku hand sanitizers are the best I've tried, pleasantly scented, and leave my hands clean and refreshed without drying out the skin. I was afraid the refill might be complicated and messy to use, but in fact it was easy-peasy, took only a minute, with no spills or mess.
