So hard to put it on but also very good!
The good:
Lightweight, comfortable, great traction, roomy toe box. The 3M reflective are very cool.
The bad:
By far the most challenging pair of shoes to get into. Literally I feel like everytime I try to put it on I’ll need to break the back pull tab. It’s actually crazy.

Sick Kicks
Superfly for sure. Kinda hard to get on without a shoe horn though. Will see how they stand up to the difficulty of pulling them on. Look cool though.

arcteryx.com response
Hello Gyorgy, thank you for sharing your experience with the Norvan 4 Nivalis GTX. We’re glad you appreciated the lightweight feel and design, though we’re sorry the fit made it difficult to take on and off. The Norvan Nivalis is built as a technical winter running shoe, designed with a snug GORE-TEX upper and integrated over-ankle gaiter to seal out snow and water in harsh conditions. This protective construction can feel more rigid compared to everyday footwear, but it ensures stability, dryness, and traction on varied terrain. Your feedback is valuable, and we’ll share it with our product team as we continue balancing performance with comfort.
