Missing Pieces
I’ve purchased Sugarfina advent calendars from Nordstrom in the past. Never had an issue since it was being shipped directly from Sugarfina. This time I placed an online order and it was available for pick up at my local Nordstrom. Unfortunately, somebody had already helped themselves to days 15 and 16. There was no protective plastic cover or sealant around the box. I’m not sure if this was a display model, but it will be returned.

Still no return on it. Late and not in my possession and still no refund. What is wrong with Dharma and the unreasonable no refund policies.
