Wyatt Leather Dress Belt

I ordered this belt because of its unique color, to match the Cole Haan Grandzero Topspin "barely beige" sneaker also sold by Nordstrom. The color of the belt is a near perfect match to the shoe, so positive reviews on this belt for that reason... However, the quality of this belt is much worse than other "leather" belts i've purchased from Nordstrom. Material is thin, firm/hard and feels cheap. After wearing the belt for one full day, I can already see lines/cracking in the leather along the front (outward-facing side). Not what I would expect from a $50 belt. This is also a thin-cut belt and wearing it feels like it's not the most secure. I've had the belt for a few weeks now and it's held up okay after minimal wear. I'll see how that changes with time. In short, the color matches as pictured, and it does what a belt should do. But If you're looking for impeccable quality leather and styling, I'd suggest something else...
