V-Neck Cashmere Sweater

I was so excited to purchase this since I bought a couple last year and they were perfect, so despite the increase in price this year I ordered two. I was shocked at the difference in quality between this year and last. Last year's cashmere was so incredibly soft and luxurious. This year is thin and scratchy and feels more like a wool blend. I even went to my closet to touch the old sweaters just to make sure I wasn't imagining it. Nope, the difference is staggering! Nordstrom has some nerve to charge more this year for a worse product. This is not a $150 sweater. I will say the pink color is very pretty in person. Runs small, just like years past.

Beautiful, soft sweater and I was so excited to get it! I ordered up two sizes to a 3X - I like big, long sweaters and this one runs small according to the reviews. It is plenty big on me but super short in the front and the back stops mid-hip. I am 5'8" not so tall that the sweater should be this short. It's also very scratchy on me. I could feel it itching just wearing it during the try-on. To compare, I ordered two Charter Club sweaters from Macy's as well and they're not scratchy at all. The bright pink color is beautiful . I think it has to go back though because I cannot stand the itching.
