Just lovely!

I purchased this scarf in black, but the color was too harsh against my aging face, so I exchanged it for the ballet pink. I am very happy with it. It is lightweight, yet warm, and quite long. I am 5'2", and if I drape it around the back of my neck, the fringe hangs to the top of my knees. It is not bulky at all, and wrapping it around my neck once allows the fringe to hang beautifully in front. It is wide enough to use as a shawl, which was my original aim in buying it. I want to wear it to a wedding in the spring. It covers the shoulders and hangs about to the waist in back. The scarf is high quality, and the pink color is softly beautiful. I may ask Santa for the blue one for Christmas. Highly recommend. Thank you, Nordstrom!

Bring back the 100% version

The original version was 100% cashmere. I had five of them but they were ruined in a natural disaster. The cashmere/wool is the same price but not the same feel. I'd happily pay a bit more for the original version.

Bring back the old cashmere scarves

I miss the 100% cashmere that used to retail for less. While the colors are beautiful, and these are still soft, I find the fabric much thinner and more easily snagged. I'd gladly pay more for a line of 100% cashmere pashminas that match the old quality.

Essential Scarf

I have purchased many of these scarves, over many years! They are with me almost every day. I am either wearing one, or it is my handbag. In the summer, for air conditioned spaces. In winter, with jackets, and sweaters. Day, night, I have one of these beautiful, long wearing scarves, with me. Perfect for traveling, when layering is essential, and for everyday errands. This scarf looks great with both cocktail dresses, and jeans! This is the universal, must have, accessory!

Beautiful!

This is one of the most beautiful scarfs I own. Bought it in the color burgundy and upon receiving ordered another color. It is called tissue weight and you might expect see through material. This is not, but instead a light weight high quality and very soft material. Not to heavy. Like this so much better than my high quality 100% cashmere ones. Worth the money spent.

Versatile

The fabric is soft, light (NOT thin or skimpy), and drapes beautifully. The piece can be doubled and worn around the neck as a scarf, or slung over the shoulders as a shawl. The black is a deep, rich, "true" black--no brown or blue cast. The quality is top-notch and I imagine getting years of use out of this piece, just as I have with the other Nordstrom wraps I have purchased over the years.
