Tie Waist Long Sleeve Shirtdress

This dress runs true to size, is very comfortable and I received tons of compliments on the blue color. I’m 5’4 and it was at my ankles, so a bit of a heel may be needed if you’re on the petite size. My one complaint is that even with a low iron as suggested, the wrinkles didn’t fully iron out.

I looked at this for the longest time before purchasing. I was confident it would work for me in fit and color. I was surprised on both points. To be fair, my size has changed considerably lately, so I may not have judge the proper size; on the other hand, the garment is really long and just hung in a heavy way on my body that would be true even if it was the proper size. One real problem was that I could not adjust the waist to create a blouson effect in the top part of the dress, perhaps, just perhaps, because the amount and weight of the material in the skirt made it too heavy. And based on my recent online purchases I think it is very hard to get a good read on oatmeal/tan colored garments, maybe because of their undertones. The color of this did not work with other items I wanted it to work with. On either of these points, your mileage may vary, truly. Other than that it is a well made garment. Just don't purchase assuming it will work based on the photos.
