Solid Dress Shirt

An excellent dress shirt by Nordstrom. The one problem with it is that it is advertised online as "Supima Cotton", which is a USA grown pima cotton, but when I got my shirt delivered I did not see the words "Supima Cotton" anywhere on the garment tags--just the word "Cotton", instead. It was this advertisement that persuaded me to buy it as a replacement for my current Nordstrom Boys' dress shirt. Anyway I really like it a lot.

I went to the Menlo Park Mall to find a gray shirt for my son's graduation. I thought this was the perfect shirt, after I visited several other places. I asked store associate if I can get this ordered and recieve fast for the event. She told me they will order and ship to store. After she ordered I asked her please makesure it does not go to my old address, i dont live there and to correct it. She told me don't worry it will coome to the store. few days later I get a ship confirmation email, that it was shipped to my old address. I called customer service and they told me they will request the carrier to ship to my current home. Today I saw the product was dellivered to my old address. I called back and they had nothing to say except they will refund me. What a waste of time and worst customer service ever.

i bought the white ones a few years ago and they are great. very soft and luxurious feeling for kids clothing anyway. the blue ones has a rougher cotton texture. still decent especially for the sale price. but that rougher cotton texture does make it look a bit more casual for a dress shirt. also, noticed a slight color difference btw size 16 and 18. size 16 shirt has more whiteness to it making it a slightly lighter blue. size 18 came with a ripped button hole so i am returning both and repurchasing the size 18. look out for the supima cotton colors. they are much better quality.
