Modern Waffle Robe

I like the feel of this light weight waffle robe, however, the fabric does seem a little delicate. Had to wash it twice before wearing due to a strong perfume odor, washed it in cold water and drip dry, no problems at all. The waffle weave has exposed threads crossing each "square", which are not visible in the photograph, but you can see it up close. I'm guessing these threads may snag easily, and I can already see a few pulls, even though I haven't worn the robe yet. I still like it anyway, even though it may not have a very long life. You get what you pay for (usually), and this was an inexpensive robe. Looking forward to wearing it during the summer.
