Nordstrom Traditional Fit Non-Iron Dress Shirt

I am a big fan of the dress shirts but this one was of a different fabric type than my prior orders. It is a very large weave and is a bit sheer and scratchy without an undershirt. My wife says it looks more like a casual shirt on closer inspection. Also noted that after two launderings the seams on the pockets and shoulders are puckering.

Nordstrom's is my regular supplier of dress shirts but this is the first time I've ordered them on-line. What I recieved, in both light blue and white, were well-constructed and fit well but the material is a severe disappointment. The cloth is not at all like the substantial, thick, and soft material of the store shirts of the same price. Instead these feel almost embrossed and harsh. I could say "cheese cloth" but that would be an overstatement. I have never seen such material offered in clothing. Had I a chance to actually feel the "hand" of this material, I would not have bought the shirts. The color of the blue shirts is also less "organic" and more synthetic looking. I won't go so far as to return them, as I'm now overseas, but will be reluctant to order on-line again.
