Lambskin Leather Gloves

Supple thin leather. Nice and not bulk between fingers. I measured at exactly 7. They fit perfect in fingertips although very tight to close fist. I’m taking a chance on them stretching. I could probably size up to an 8 but fear it would be too long in fingertips. Also around a 6.5 ring size if that helps. I have small hands. Not long or skinny. Fingers also swell often. Years ago I had similar gloves like these, my car was stolen and my gloves gone, it just broke my heart, Believe me, I search and search for the same gloves and finally found them on-line at Nordstrom when I got them and found they were so much the same as the ones I had lost, I was very happy that Nordstrom ! Not only do I just loved them the gloves also help my hand when I drive, I have a weak left hand when I grip the wheel, and with these gloves it relieves the pain. Thank you, Nordstrom!!

I’m very happy with this purchase. I’ve never owned a pair of leather gloves before but these are beautiful. I ordered the black in size small. I have very small hands (size 5.5 ring) and the small fits perfectly. I do have small hands so I would imagine these run a bit small. It’s a tiny bit snug but I think it will stretch out a little since it’s leather. The interior is nice and soft. They gloves don’t seem like they would keep your hands incredibly warm. But living in SoCal, I don’t need protection from extreme cold in winter. Overall very happy and hope they last a long time!

I bought these gloves in both red and tan/brown, and ended up returning them both. I loved that the inside of the gloves were lined with silk (as opposed to cashmere, to which I'm allergic). But the gloves just didn't blow me away when I saw them in person. The red pair was a little teeny tiny bit too orange for my taste. It looked like a true red online, but in person it felt like it was just a tiny step below that on the color wheel. But somehow that tiny deviation made a huge difference. Also, the brown (British tan) pair was just "ok." And I didn't like it enough to justify keeping it. Also, I wasn't sure how to order gloves based on size, so I just winged it. I am a petite/dainty woman with relatively small hands -- so I ordered a Medium just to be safe. I found the gloves to be a tad bit tight, and I didn't like seeing the outline of my fingers and knuckles in the gloves as I wore them and bent my fingers, if that makes any sense. It just didn't seem sophisticated and polished. Now perhaps if I keep the gloves, the leather would break in and they would have ended up being a perfect fit. But as it was, I was debating whether to exchange them for a size up to the Large, and I had to be honest and say that I didn't love the color of either pair enough to go through the hassle of trying to make the exchange by mail.
