I ordered and payed for a brand new pair of shoes and I was sent a pair of used shoes. There’s dirt on the bottom of the shoes and scuffs on the shoes. No I have to be inconvenienced and go to Nordstrom hoping they have a new pair, in my size, in stock for an exchange and/or refund.
