Crisp shirt
This is a fantastic shirt. It is oversize in cut - it has a "boyfriend" air to it on. In white, it is opaque - couldn't see my bra or the tops of my jeans through it. It moves nicely. Fabric is as advertised - a smooth poplin.
While the shirt is generously cut, it's done intelligently - the shoulders and upper body are cut generously but you're not swimming in fabric. The shirt then eases out towards the bottom hem, not an a-line, but a gentle nod that direction.
This is a fantastic basic. Over jeans, it looked sharp. With the length and oversize fit, it will work great over leggings. Picked up a couple of these - they're a great, oversize basic!!

Exactly what I was looking for
I really like this shirt, the only reason I gave it 4 stars was because Nordstrom could have used the no iron cotton and then it would be flawless. A loose fitting long white shirt has so many uses...throw over leggings with a tank underneath when your behind isn't perfect, a great sun and bug protection when outside and a fabulous beach cover up. Please make in no iron cotton like your men's dress shirts and you will have a winner. I don't iron. I absolutely refuse. Looks like one more item I have to take to the dry cleaner because they will press it for me.

Love this shirt!
Reviews said way too big and not a good fit. I took a chance and ordered it anyway, and I am so glad I did. It does run big—I am usually a medium/large, so I got the medium. It is slightly oversized, but I loved it so much I ordered another one! My new favorite white shirt!

LOVE this Poplin Shirt
I have been searching for a white shirt to wear this Spring/Summer 2022 season. I was able to find this shirt at Nordstrom on sale and I love it. I have not washed it yet so hoping it will not get too wrinkled etc. The fit is generous but it looks good on me; I just roll up the sleeves and stand up the collar and I am on my way. I have worn with a pair of black polka dot slacks and black Valentino sandals and my LV handbag and I look great! I am 63, and I purchased a medium because I wanted to hide my abdomen. I am 5 ft 5 inches tall and I definitely have curves. So far I love the shirt and hope to get a lot of wear out of it.
