No Option for a Gift Note
I always shop at Nordstorm because they have the best quality and service. I decided to send pajamas as a gift to my uncle in California and I paid for a gift box. I was disappointed because that should have been free like in the store and there was no option for a message. I assumed that they would include my name in the gift box. My uncle had no idea who it was from. Nordstrom...you need to fix this on your website.
