uncomfortable
The “cooling” technology makes the pillow feel hard, like a plastic case under your pillow case. Only used one night and slept horrible. Returning!

No cooling effect
These may be perfect for some folks because pillows are very individual. These did not seem to have any cooling effect for either myself or my husband. He is just naturally hot-natured and I'm beginning peri-menopause and tend to get hot when I sleep. The pillows were very soft too so not very good for my neck problems but again, these may be perfect for someone wanting a soft, flexible pillow. I'm not giving up on the theory of a cooling pillow though...will just keep trying (had to return these sadly).

Pillow is not cooling at all. Pretty disappointing as I’ve had cooling pillows in the past that have been better.

comfortable, but not really cooling
This pillow is very comfortable. It isn't cooling, but it's comfortable enough that I don't mind. It is a bit noisy when you move around, but I think that may settle when it isn't as new. Overall, I'm happy with it!

too firm
Not sure if the two pillows I received were the same as the other reviewers because the ones we got are like couch cushions. Entirely too firm for me, a back sleeper as well as my partner, a side/stomach sleeper. Cannot speak to the cooling effect as neither of us could tolerate the hardness.
