Extremely Disappointed
We have a luxury/lakefront bed and breakfast and we have only used the Nordstrom 100% cotton 500 thread sheet count sheets. These 500 thread sheet count, sateen construction, have been excellent: soft, smooth, strong, thick, lustrous, with a good, crisp "fabric hand," and minimal wrinkles out of the dryer. Then, Nordstrom discontinued the 500 thread sheet count in favor of 600 thread sheet count/Egyptian Cotton. These new sheets are extremely disappointing because the "fabric hand" is flat, the sheet looks dull, even though it is sateen construction, and there is no crispness to the fabric, but it is lifeless and thin-ish, feeling like a third-rate product from a discount store: not the quality of the new highest price/Egyptian cotton Nordstrom brand. Nordstrom Bedding Buyer: please return to the 500 thread sheet count sheets, and don't sell an inferior product, now, instead of what was previously excellent. Price differences are not even discussed here, but important product differences for the end user. Thank you.

Now a huge disappointment.
I have used these sheets for many years now. I recently replaced 2 sheet sets, single pieces to the tune of almost $500 per set. These are no where near the quality of a few years past. These are expensive sheets, which I am willing to pay for a level of quality. The quality, is sadly no longer there.
The sheets are much thinner and/or lighter in weight. They are not as soft as they used to be (even after 10 launderings). Most importantly they are no where near the craftsmanship. The seams on the pillow cases are not straight. They go sideways. I thought this was a single mistake, and I exchanged them, twice. Still mis sewn. The sheets no longer have the crispness so often associated with quality Egyptian cotton. What a huge disappointment. I love quality sheets, it took me a long time to find these. I loved them. No longer the case. Now, the hunt begins again. Too bad, Nordstrom, this is a big loser now.

Not what I expected from Nordstrom
My first Nordstrom purchase I regret. The color choices in store are very limited, so I went with the grey. They have a nice shine, but are horribly wrinkled straight out of the dryer, especially the pillowcases and top sheet, even though I removed them immediately. I just have absolutely no desire to iron sheets...ever.
I bought two sets of pillowcases, and one set has weird marks on them (dirt, or adhesive from the packaging?) so I have to return the cases. Overall, the weight (I like a heavier weight) and softness is just not what you'd expect for the price paid. They feel like a basic sheet set from another retailer for a much lower cost. I do hope they soften up a lot and wear well. I'm keeping these as a back up set. Off to search for true luxury bedding. This just isn't it, despite the Nordstrom "Signature Luxury" label and hefty price point. I'm looking for the kind of sheets that will make me want to stay in bed all day.

600 count 100% Egyptian Cotton Signature Sheets
My husband and I purchased these sheets to replace sheets we previously purchased at Nordstrom several years ago and loved. The original sheets did not pill, were a nice weighted fabric and washed well. However, the sheets we originally purchased were no longer being stocked and after talking to one of the salespeople, we decided to give the new sheets a try. We have been using them less than a year and this morning we had to throw the fitted sheet away because of a split in the fabric. They have also started to pill. The sheet was $125 (King). I am very disappointed in the quality of the sheets and will not be purchasing others. I wish Nordstrom would return to the first vendor again for their sheets.

600 thread sheets
Had previously purchased sheets at store in San Diego a couple years ago and I absolutely loved them. But when I purchased them this time on-line they were not the same. The quality was not what the first were. I was disappointed and returned the order. The first sheets were more like a natural cotton and they did wrinkle. This last order the material was slick as if something might have been sprayed on them. Hopefully when I am back in a store I may still find the quality of the first purchase.

Disappointed
I was excited to put this sheet on my bed. The sheet was comfortable, but got a hole the first night on the bed. Would not recommend this sheet.
