Like wearing adult diapers
Nordstrom Men's Shop clothing is one of my preferred clothing lines but these underwear are a rare miss in their lineup. They feel very loose in the under side and feel like a few parts of cloth thrown together to give you the bare minimum of comfort. I've tried making these my "backup" underwear when laundry needs to be done but ultimately I can't bring myself to put them on. Rarely does a piece of clothing bring your confidence down but these found a way.

Not the same
These underwear are not the same design and material they were in the past. The old design was 95% cotton and 5% spandex and were considered a "trim" cut. The new design is larger in fit and, being 100% cotton, become baggy at the end of a day. To make the fit closer to a trim cut you need a size smaller which can make it tight in the waste for some.

Shame on you Nordstrom's
I have been buying these exact same ones for 30 years. I always buy several packs at a time. This time the fabric was so thin and the stitching so weak that they literately fell apart with giant holes within 5 minutes of wearing. I can only assume that Nordstrom's has started using a very cheap manufacturer. A real shame and what a way to trash the Nordstrom brand!

Cut and fit have changed
Like other reviews, I also have found these boxer/briefs are now cut differently. I have worn this particular style, branded by Nordstrom, for eight year and have found them to be the best fit, most comfortable boxer/brief I have ever owned. Through the years I have replaced worn pieces as I am very active in my occupation and fitness routine and have never experienced a deviation in fit until this last purchase (March 2023). I sincerely hope they can reverse the change.
However, if you have a little extra in your mid waist, I doubt you will experience an issue with the new cut.
