Naot comfort!
A quality sandal. Exceptional comfort right out of the box. Excellent cushioning and arch support. Soft leather straps and suede foot-bed. During and after walking a couple of miles on concrete I experienced no chafing, pinching nor hot spots. The buckle is non-functional; the arch strap and the fore-foot strap are both adjustable with Velcro. The heel strap has an elastic gore. Run very slightly narrow.

Did not hold up to full days of walking
I just returned from a two week trip to Thailand, where I anticipated (and did) a ton of walking. In anticipation of this trip I purchased these Naot shoes and a pair of supportive (but a little dressier) Munro sandals. My intention was to wear these Naot sandals during the day and Munro at night. Alas, the Naot were simply not comfortable or supportive. I would end the days with aching feet. I switched to the Munro and had zero discomfort with them. I sincerely wanted to like these shoes - I was hopeful that the ability to adjust in two places would be a benefit, would provide the comfort and support needed for a full day of walking. This was my first time purchasing Naot, which I knew only by (good) reputation. Based on my personal experience I would not recommend these shoes for travel.

Flat like earth shoes, meant for narrower foot
If only these had the thicker Naot sole I’m accustomed to, these would have been great. But they are flat and my medium/wide foot almost touched the ground on the sides. The adjustment strap is good but these just weren’t meant for me. With Naot, always buy one size larger than you usually buy in other brands.

Love
These are my favorite summer sandals, likely ever. I love the flat and flexible foot bed, the suede-covered cork and latex insole, and the adjustable straps over the forefoot and ankle. The Elegant Flats line, which includes the Norah, has a narrow-medium width, so for this sandal, a 42 is not an 11 for an average foot -- I wear a 10 and the 42 is a perfect fit.

Comfortable
I was looking for a summer sandal that I could also walk the mile to the grocery store in. It's hard for me to find one because I am a size 4. All the other sandals I looked it were clunky. I decided to try this one. I have never tried this brand before but after I put them on I knew I was going to keep them. Simple design with lots of comfort.
