Cactus Cream - Dulce de Cuerpo

While the Noplera brand is new to me - my experience with shower gels is abundant. Especially as someone with very dry sensitized skin on my body. The Dulce de Cuepro promised a bathing/shower experience unlike any other while still cleansing and nourishing and preserving the integrity of the skin. And I can say the product was solid but not a showstopper for my needs. The gel is green and not the most viscous but it easily spreads without much emulsion. Immediately while applying the product I was hit with a very bright perfume-y floral woodsy note. As I lathered the gel it smoothed into nice silky texture; the perfumed floral notes settles into a fresh light fruity floral that may have been the prickly pear. I adored the bottom note it was relaxing and unobtrusive. The gel was truly moisture balancing on my dry skin—with inclusion of the cactus flower extract and the prickly pear, it left my textured arms considerably smoother and body as a whole felt clean but not squeaky clean. I will say the dispenser did not get out enough product at a time for my tastes. I definitely had to use more product at a time because there wasn’t much dispersion in the amount I got at a time. I was clean but I did feel as I used this I got tight in my super dry areas (legs feet) with 2x daily use. And the smell was super strong and in (my warm/hotter) the shower, that I sneezed a lot. So I see this as suited toward a more weekend relaxing routine use for me. This review was collected as part of a promotion.
