Helps me focus!

I noticed an improvement in my focus and memory after just a few days. Not a huge difference but an improvement anyway. These do not upset my stomach even when taken away n an empty stomach.

Energy Focus
This supplement is great to start your day with a workout. It keeps me energized and focused. I also don’t get very hungry for a few hours after taking it. I will be buying this again!

I’m sure the blend of nutrients in this bottle are beneficial for something but I didn’t experience any more focus or clarity than usual. In fact, one of the days that I took it, I misplaced my IPad 2x, (at work!) which I’ve never done before! I had to turn on ‘find my iPad’ to sound an alarm for us to track it down. Needless to say, I felt it made me more spacey.. that’s just me though. I’ve heard good things about it, working for others. I’m one of those folks that the opposite effect happens more often.
