Corsica Smocked Pants

It’s difficult to find good pants options during pregnancy. These are decent but not my favorite. The band at the top is a smocked material that creates indents on my growing belly, and makes my already itchy skin even more itchy. The material is also quite thin for the price point. I would also take note that the wide leg looks more wide in person than in photos, which gives a flowy look that is more casual and less professional for someone who works in an office most days of the week. At 5’8” the pants hit right at my ankle, so they would probably be full length pants on anyone shorter. Pros are that the pants washed well, I washed on cold and hung dry and the material stayed in tact albeit a bit wrinkly. They have a lot of room and are very breathable. Good for warm weather. I got a size S and it fit true to size.

Absolutely love these pants! I just received them today. It's meant to be a culotte-cut. However, I'm only 5'2", so these actually look like pants on me. But I still love them and won't be altering them. The mid-waist elastic was a little bit of a risk, but the elastic is very stretchy and feels so comfy. Might be my favorite pair of maternity pants yet. Sooo very happy with this purchase.
