Cheap construction
I'm wearing them for the first time today, and the back seam just ripped open when I bent down to pick up a paper I dropped. So now I'm stuck at work with a giant rip in the back of my pants and my underwear showing through, unable to leave my desk (for example, to go to the bathroom, 7 months pregnant . . . ) until everyone else leaves for the day. Not ideal. They fit fine- I'm not stuffed into them or anything and they are loose through the legs if anything. Just really poorly constructed. Very disappointing in general, but especially for the price.

Returned 3 different pairs - not constructed well
I have bought 3 different pairs of these capris for my daughter and all 3 pairs have split in the crotch seam within the first or second time of wearing them. It wasn’t that they were too small or too tight, it’s that the seam is not sewed well. Really disappointed as they are cute otherwise.
