Disappointed
I've been a user of mad eyes precise liner for years. It seemed no longer available and so I ordered the graphic pen and am very disappointed. It is watery (despite shaking it), hardly any colour comes, it is not smudge proof at all. When you go over the faint line to darken it, it just rubs off. I've only experienced this with cheap quality eyeliners. I bought 2 but won't be using them...because I can't. I also didn't get the free samples I selected at checkout.
I don't recommend this unfortunately.
