What it is: A concentrated hair treatment that strengthens hair from within, helping to reduce breakage and improving look and feel.

Who it's for: All hair types.

What it does: Now formulated without Lilial, this at-home treatment addresses damaged and compromised hair, strengthens and protects the hair's structure and restores a healthy appearance and texture.

How to use: Apply a generous amount from scalp to ends on damp, towel-dried hair, making sure to thoroughly saturate your strands. Leave on for a minimum of 10 minutes. Rinse, shampoo and condition as usual. Use 1–3 times per week.

Excellent product

I have been using Olaplex products for several years and my hair is amazingly healthy, is manageable and looks great. My stylist always comments on how healthy my hair is. I use it as directed with a focus on the bottom half of my hair, then comb it in using a wide tooth comb.

Disappointing. I prefer No. 8.

I tried the No.3 hair perfector as a sample. I have very fine, curly blond hair with highlights. The No.3 is a sort of milky fluid, which I felt hard to apply as it was so runny. I also felt like it wasn't sinking in. It left my hair limp and unworkable, with no visible repair or strengthening. I normally use Olaplex No.8 which I prefer, as the No.8 is a rich cream, that adds body and repairs my hair. I must just not have the right type of hair for the No.3.

The best!!

Such a great product, I couldn't recommend it enough! My curly hair needs a pick me up after a while, and keeping it on for 30 minutes leaves my curls feeling hydrated and refreshed! I tend to use only once every month to avoid using too much of the product as it's a tiny bit expensive, but my hair honestly has improved drastically since using. I would recommend to anyone looking to strengthen their hair!

Pleasantly Surprised

I’ve found it difficult to find the best treatment for my relaxed colour damaged hair. Protein treatments make my hair dry and moisture treatment can make my hair frizzy or over moisturised. I found that this treatment is just the right balance of being strengthening and moisturising and it leaves my hair feeling stronger smoother and shiner.

I think it’s working

I’ve started using this because my hair really needs a reset. In all honesty, I don’t see it doing too much on my hair, but I do think it’s early days. It’s quite a good hair mask to use as it leaves my hair softer post wash, but definitely need to use it more long term to see if it’s worth the hype.

Way healthier hair

My hair is super fine and prone to breakage, even though I don’t dye my hair or use heat. I constantly have split ends. I’ve been using this for a while now and my hair is so much healthier. I have less split ends and it’s helping me retain length between hair cuts. I normally shampoo/rinse my hair and then use it (I find it works best on clean hair) and after leaving it on for 45 minutes, I rinse it out really thoroughly and follow up with conditioner. It’s also unexpectedly helped my natural curl pattern to show up, which has recently been destroyed by damage. A really amazing product, would definitely recommend to anyone who’s looking for stronger and healthier hair.
