I can't believe how perfect these are. I've been looking for nipple covers for years, but nothing has ever worked. You can always see some sort of outline or awkward lump underneath the clothes. According to Bristols6's website, I should be size 1, color medium. However, after trying both size 1/color medium and size 2/color dark, I discovered that size 2/color dark was the way to go. Yes my skin color is medium but my nipples are darker. So make sure you are getting the color that best matches your nipple color, not your overall skin color or else you will still be able to see your nipples through white clothing. In terms of size, my bra size is 34 D. According to Bristols6's website I should be a size 1, however size 1 caused there to be that awkward lump undernearth my clothes. The larger size, size 2 was perfect. It gives your breast a very nice natural shape, as if you had a bra on. No awkward lumps.
