Just what I was looking for
I have bought and returned three other pairs of black heels for work, andI am finally satisfied with this pair! My previous heels were also Nine West and lasted years. Very comfortable, the heel height I wanted (between 3-4 in.), and fit true to size. With any heel or dress shoe, I go down a half size, and even with the pointy toe, the 9.5 fit me perfectly (I am usually a 10 in running shoes). I also have a fairly narrow foot, so I try to avoid wide sizes. It may take awhile to break these shoes in, but I don’t anticipate any issues.

Painful and disappointed
These shoes are cute,but after a hour of wearing they had rubbed the side of my toe raw. Can't return because I've worn them.

squeaky shoes
Super comfortable, easy to walk in, and pretty on the feet, but I had to return because they made the squeakiest noise when I would walk.
