This a review from someone who has worn these to the gym almost everyday for the past year.
They squeak, almost that cartoon rubber boots sound. It's either hilarious or embarrassing depending on who you are. That being said these are a fantastic lightweight lifting shoe. They aren't running shoes so don't expect that type of softness and comfort, but they're serviceable for a treadmill jog.
After a year of use they're still super firm and stable. I'll be buying another pair when mine finally wear out.

Borderline bad (could have been amazing)
I’m not too sure how to rank these yet, 2 or 3 stars (but only if the issues are because the shoes need to be broken in).
Once they arrived I had been wearing them inside the house because right away they felt a little tight on the side/corner of my feet. At the widest point next to the little toe. Over a couple of days they got a little better, and so it maybe a breaking in type of issue. Then I wore them out, and now they totally chewed out the bottom of my ankles (both feet), torn skin/bleeding, not blisters. I think if I wear higher ankle socks (mid ankle socks) I should be fine - that was what I wore when I tried the shoes on around the house for the first couple of days.
I really like the look, although the green is closer to teal. Still really nice.
The bottom/out sole is fine. I wasn’t sure how the 2 piece construction was going to feel. But it’s fine. The base is sturdy and my feet feel good moving in them. And no issue of squeaking sounds (none at all). The insole is comfortable but I think it needs some breaking in (for the arch section).
It’s the fit on width and the ankle (height) issues which throw me off. Because no other shoes I’ve ever owned have ankle issues (Reebok, Adidas, Cole Haan, Ecco, etc). This is my first time ever.
If I paid full price for these, I would be very upset given the fit/comfort. Since I bought these while on sale, and I think I have some work arounds to make it work, I’m not as mad. But it’s been a let down, I was hoping these would be better (in the league of 4-5 star) based on the details & Nike tech.

Disappointing
First Metcons I have ever regretted buying. Not comfortable, and causes blisters on my ankles.

Not for running or jumping!
These shoes have ZERO cushioning. If you are doing a HIIT workout with any running or jumping you might not like these. If you are doing squats and stuff like that they are pretty stable. But for any running or jumping I would go for something else.

Makes your ankles bleed
They’re really comfortable minus the fact the angle of the support around my ankle bone made is so after my first time running my ankle was bleeding all over the place. Didn’t have have the problem with metcon 3s. Very disappointing
