Nikes best daily trainer
Definitely the most comfortable daily trainer. Very bouncy, lightweight and cushioned. Definitely better than the Pegasus.

Wide footed long distance heaven.
Vomero continues to be a phenomenal model. Complete absence of feeling any pounding during ground impact. No tightness felt anywhere. Such a great pair of shoes that I do not even think about them while I am running. Much much thanks to Nike for making the Vomero available again to mid-to-long distance runners such as myself who had to rely on other shoe competitors for a size 4E wide foot. Extremely grateful.

A job well done
I agree with other online reviews in which this shoe is described as a premium Pegasus. The soft responsiveness of the foam gives an enjoyable experience. There are some that complain about weight but it’s not noticeable with these shoes and besides most people despite what they believe won’t know the difference between a half ounce.

Not an extra wide toe box
The Vomero 17 seems like a really nice, well made shoe. However, if like me, you are buying the extra wide version because of the need for a wider toe box, the Structure 25 is a better option. Given both shoes are available in black, I have to go with the Structures. If the blue Vomeros come out in wide I will give them another look, but overall, they are a little bit of a disappointment for those with a wide toe box, especially compared to the Vomero 16s.
