Broken zipper issue persists.
I have been reading about the broken zipper defect in the Tempo Luxe for several seasons and can confirm it's still a problem in Spring 2023! I took a chance past the bad reviews thinking Nike would have fixed a known issue by now, but no. The zipper pulls off the track very easily, on my second run despite being very careful. That means the pocket that you zip shut will open on its own, very dangerous if your house key is in it. I pay extra for a zipper pocket for the extra security and this negates that function.

Inside material kind of itchy on my skin
These shorts are really cute and has two large pockets on the inside layer for items like phone, and has zipper pockets for keys and changes. I have sensitive skin and am picky about fabric. And unfortunately the inside layer is itchy on my skin, so I will be returning them.
