Sportswear Swoosh Mock Neck Long Sleeve Minidress

Nike works with a lot of different materials. This is not a true black but a soft knit black that will definitely fade with washing and quickly look worn. Your skirt might unintentionally curve in slightly before curving back out, creating an unintended subtle tulip effect - mine did. It's a common issue with knit skirts and is why I sometimes try on as many of a skirt design in a particular size as a store might have at a time to locate one with the least number of sewing issues, making sure that I put every skirt back on the hanger exactly as it was presented afterwards, of course. (I come from a seamstress childhood, a fashion design background, and a modelling career and happen to be a recovering perfectionist/OCDist, so yes, I'm beyond picky with my clothing.) Oh, it's a bit itchy! The fabric, that is. I tried on the dress and sat down to write the review immediately. Itchy within minutes of wear = not a great sign. On the bright side, size S actually fit great aside from the issues that are why this number is going back.

I am probably in between S & M and I got the M. It’s not tight but not loose either. Length is good at 5’10” and sleeves are long enough. Color is deep black. Will be a great basic sport dress but I really hate advertising on clothing. So still deciding. If I can get the Nike swoop removed from front of dress I will keep it. I’ve done it before on other brands. Overall a super cute sport dress.
