sent worn and washed pants
Lately, Nordstrom has been in the habit of sending worn/used clothing. I’m truly disgusted as it came with hair and fading around the waistband. Please do better and stop sending used shoes and clothing to your paying customers.

Grey color misleading
Can't say anything about the material and fit as I will not be keeping this because the grey pants I ordered is definitely a blue-grey, it doesn't look anything like the grey image online.
