Poor quality
Poor quality. Used for less than two months for functional fitness training (HIIT and strength training) and the sole has developed a tear.

Rubber comes undone on soles
Great shape but the bottom design is quite flawed. The rubber came up after a couple of wears so if your feet move (like lunges) then the rubber folds under your feet and is super frustrating. Happened on both shoes. Never had this issue with any of my other metcons or nanos, just this model

Very sturdy for hiit workouts, lifting weights and jump boxes…just little issue right inside near ankle rubs when doing side movements such as side lunges..I have to readjust sides with my hand before doing side movements so that it doesn’t push and run on my ankle bone. Other than that good buy!

Good Shoe, Short Life
I bought these shoes three weeks ago and really enjoy them. They're a good all around gym shoe and aren't uncomfortably rigid. I've walked in them indoors for about 2hr each day and have hit legs 4-5 times in them so far. I looked at the bottoms today and was super bummed to see that they're already wearing down on the heels. The heel has just a very thin rubber layer below the plastic structure so that's not a good indicator that they'll be an effective shoe for very long.
The mesh has held up fine so far and surprisingly the velcro patch above the laces hasn't beat the laces up too badly yet (they just get caught on it when you tie your shoes).
4.5 star shoe for me, but wearing out this quickly I could not buy another pair in good conscience, hence the 2 stars.
