Product itself is great. But I highly highly recommend finding it somewhere other than Nordstrom. They sent me the wrong size. As in not the size I selected and ordered. Instead of just acknowledging the mistake, cause things happen right? Nah not Nordstrom. Hands down worst costumer service I’ve ever dealt with. They have zero interest in helping fix the mess up. Instead it became a 25 minute argument over whose fault it was. So, here I sit. -$200 and a product I can’t even wear cause it doesn’t fit. Honestly if you’re on the fence save yourself the hassle. Find this product literally anywhere else. You will get hosed. This post is your warning

Definitely a tough jacket but it ran a little too big for my liking….originally ordered a large and returned it for a medium. I am 5”10 195lbs
