Kiger 10 Trail Running Shoe (Men)

Size 9 men’s, I wear a 9 in all my Nike road running shoes and the fit of this shoe is snug in the toe box and I don’t have wide feet. I purchased these for trail hiking in the summer months. These are not winter shoes. Very lightweight and nice grippy soles. I did a short 4 mile hike in them and my feet stayed cool although I think I’ll just keep them for shorter hikes. If I wore a heavier hiking sock on longer hikes these would become too snug. The foam in the mid sole and heal is responsive and not thick so you get a good feel of the ground.

I can’t believe these crossed my path. The design is sleek, polished, and effortlessly stylish. Beyond the look, they’re exceptionally comfortable and incredibly lightweight, making every run feel smooth and effortless. They strike the perfect balance between performance and elegance. Definitely investing in another pair.

The Kiger has always been a great shoe but the Kiger 9 was probably my favorite shoe ever. You could do 15-20 mile training runs with it no problem which is unheard of with such a minimal shoe with low drop. It also had a wide toe box and nice heel and not a ton of arch support so yeah it was an amazing shoe. This new one literally hurt my foot, it was sore for a couple days after I wore it, especially my arches and the toe box is super narrow as well. It seems like they moved a lot of features to the Pegasus Trail and repositioned this shoe, which is a bummer because it lived in a very cool white space and seemed to be gaining a cult following. I've struggled to find another nike trail shoe that hits like the old Kiger, I hope they make adjustments on the next version, my wallet is ready!

One of the best Nike trail shoes on sale right now if it’s not cold. Very light and breathable. It gets dry easily and the Vibram soles offer excellent grip when it’s wet and slippery. I think this sole should be a must have on all trail running shoes as the rubber on other Nike trail shops are flat out dangerous on surfaces with any moisture. The only improvement I will suggest is more front toe protection. Love the colors that it comes in.
