I like my new shoe!

I have only tried the shoe on. I love the shoe's color, and it is very comfortable. I am saving the shoe to wear for a Disney trip in September. The real test will be the walk around the gigantic park. But so far, it's been a comfortable fit and a nice color. I like the little hint of green on the shoe. I can't wait to see how it holds up during the trip and share that experience with you all.

Customer service getting worse

We received the shoes with a stain on the toe. I would normally return and get a new pair but this was the last pair in my daughter’s size. I called for a price adjustment to compensate and after dealing with a useless AI bot, I finally got an agent to speak to. She was no help and told me I was out of luck. I am a long standing customer and used to praise Nordstrom for good service and quality. Times have changed. Be better Nordstroms.

I’m not upset with Nike. I’m upset with Nordstrom. You charged me extra to send as a gift and to send a note. The note came damaged and did not come in a gift bag that I paid for. I’m glad I had it sent to me to be sure. I will never pay Nordstrom anything else extra to do something for me again.

Perfect sneaker

Great shoe at a great price. My daughter has wider feet and the shoe fit perfectly. Shes also tough on her sneakers so I love the sole on the shoe, looks like they are durable.

Very Comfortable

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got the Nike C1TY Big Kids' Shoes for my daughter. She's a true size 3 and in athletic shoes like a 3.5 which was perfect for her not too big. They have great traction and are very durable. She's been wearing consistently for about 3 weeks and she's pretty rough on them and they still look great. I've been able to gentle wipe them down with a cloth no problem. Highly recommend.
