Shoes for the Shelf
My husband is a "sneaker head" and thought these were so cute for our little guy (3 years), and they are cute; however, they are not functional. They are shoes that are meant to sit on the sneaker-head shelf for display, not to be worn. We put them on my son and within 4 steps he said "Mommy I don't like these." What the other reviewers wrote is true-- the laces on the front are elastic and there is no way to tighten them. When the top of the foot comes forward to take a step, the shoe gives way and the foot can slide out. Not sure who designed these, but they certainly didn't put them on a child who walks before they gave them the go-ahead for production. Huge bummer because we had a complete Nike outfit planned for him around these shoes. Wound up taking them off, putting them on the shelf and putting on a different pair. Gave them two stars because they are attractive, but not functional by any means.

cute shoe bad execution
I should’ve listened to the reviews. There’s no ankle support or any way to tighten the shoe. As cute as they are, this shoe is not for rambunctious toddlers

Didn't work for us
I purchased these for my 18 month old son because they are SO cute but they aren't great. They don't stay on at all and there's no way to tighten them. He immediately walked right out of them when I tried putting them on a few times so I ended up returning.
