DIFFERENT THAN PRODUCT IMAGE
My complaint goes along with the rest of them but opposite. I received them with a strap and they are pictured without and the laces are just the solid green and not gradient from white to green. Pretty disappointed since I’ve been eyeing these for quite some time now. Obviously will be returning them.

Cute! But not like the main picture!
The shoe is cute, but it does not come with the strap across the top like the front picture shows which I actually wanted for my little boy. I have had the “Velcro laces” before and they wear down overtime and come loose so I was hoping for the strap to keep them secure. If you look further to the later pictures it shows them without the top strap… so I just didn’t notice! He still likes them so we’ll just keep them but just pointing out that the strap is not there! I also did size up (he measures 9.5 in shoe) and it is a little on the bigger side but I feel like the 9 while it would have fit he would have grown out of it quickly!

Nordstrom delivered wrong item twice
I ordered baby shoes with velcro for my son and received without velcro and this happened twice.
Unprofessional Nordstrom to delivered wrong item twice. Now the shoes what I wanted to get for my son is sold out and he doesn't have shoes for his daycare.
I'm very ugset and unhappy with Nordstrom
