Nordstorm is selling used shoes
I ordered a toddler shoes and Nordstrom delivered a used, dirty shoes, how nasty and unprofessional. Don’t they check the order before they ship out, and now the item is sold out, how convenient. STOP taking back USED and DIRTY items.

Poor quality
The shoe is nice looking. Unfortunately, it has poor quality. The shoe already has a hole after less than two weeks of wearing it by my 2.5 years old son.
