The fabric is very soft and thin so I think this is most likely a great top for hot yoga. I bought it because it says it has a built in bra, which it does, but the support is zero. I might return it.

What a surprise!
I bought this top on sale, believing that it was still too expensive. To my surprise, it fit perfectly--not too snug, not too big. The material is high-quality and it is very flattering. The shelf bra was an added plus. I hate removable cups. They just don't stay put.
