A great pair of workout shoes!
I have two old pairs of running shoes and a workout shoes from Nike. The workout shoes I use are more flexible and lighter than this Free Metcon SE. I found Metcon SE shoes stable and strong like the Saucony pair I have. I was confused regarding the size as some of the reviews said that these run smaller. Sizing up risks slipping during workouts as I had an ankle sprain before. However, I ordered my usual size (W10) and they fit perfectly in the toe box. I wore them with thick socks and they stretched a bit to accommodate it. I haven't worn it for long training sessions yet. I am not a great a fan of the sewn in tongue style because Nike designs have long tongues which stay high up on the bridge. If you like it a tiny bit loose, size up by .5.

Bring back the Metcon 5
Immediately putting these on i coukd feel the difference. They are way wider than the Metcon5’s, proving no support for your foot. The shoe also seems to come up a little bit higher on your ankle, so the ease of taking on and off is a bit more difficult. I dont know what they changed from the Metcon5 to 6 but these make my feet hurt after a days work.

TTS comfort
Finally a shoe that is TTS! I am so tired of order whole sizes that don't fit and 1/2 sizes that are not. These are true to size and cradle and support my foot perfectly. Love the support and cushion. Please do keep making these and don't change the lasts.

Different style then shown
My shoes x2 orders came with shoe ties not anything like the pictures that look like there is No ties.. very odd!!

Best workout Shoes
This is my fourth pair of Nike Free Metcon 6 SE. They are great for working out. Very comfortable I wear them all the time and are very comfortable. I love them.

Great quality, support
I purchased my first pair of metcon when I was diagnosed with neuropathy. Doctor advised low shoes and make sure your feet are comfortable. They are great for walking toe area is wide enough. I have purchased 8 pairs. Thank Nike! 🥰 also, sale price is always good.
