Comfortable
Love the METCON 4, it is very stylish & comfortable. The only thing about it is that I had to go a size up in order to feel the comfort but it is worth it.

BRING BACK METCON FREE 3!!!!!
BRING BACK METCON FREE 3!!!!!
I purchased these to replace my Metcon 3's and absolutely hate the 4's. They are way to tight around the foot (I have a very averaged size foot in width). The opening to the shoe is the worst part about it. They moved the tab for the heel towards the middle of the back so it's not useful. The opening is much smaller and a fitted distance around (there is no "tongue") so you have to slide your foot in, causing the back to fold, and then dig your finger underneath your foot to get the back over your heel again. Awful design. Makes no sense at all.
They also have less arch support, These are meant for training so I still need good arch support for my knees between the different movements these are meant for. Even though my 3's are pretty beat up I'll probably continue to wear those until I find an entirely different shoe.

Metcon 4
Love the shoes but I miss that they don’t have the finger loops to pull them on!!!

Comfy and stylist
Love these shoes! After my knee surgery only gym shoes I can wear! Takes the pressure off my knees and now I’m able to workout! I order 2-3 pair a year! I have several in men size 8.5. In women I have every color in a size 10. I wear a 9.5 in other women shoes and a 7 in kids timberlands if this helps for sizing.

A little tight in the toe box but I have a wider foot so that is expected in most shoes, did not have to go up a size though.
