NEVER RECEIVED
Waited a whole week to receive, but never showed up. when I called to check on it, it was stated that is was supposedly misrouted by USPS which I never got notification about. Then I was offered the option to re-order it using my money so that is 2x's the amount of my money they would have with no product. i was not offered any type of resolution on Nordstrom's behalf since this is their issue. As a customer I don't feel i was treated as tho I was valued, but just another $$$$$.
